- Steve MSean IMMEDIATELY began resolution of the Excel 2010 problem I’d encountered. Initially, he provided a much-needed, quick, temporary solution from his office - by taking over my computer (with my permission); and making necessary adjustments. Shortly thereafter (once snow was cleared from the roads), he made a service house call - and provided a permanent solution to my problem. During the interim between the temporary & permanent solutions? He checked in regularly to assure that I was able to function within the new setup (which I was). When asked to rate what I liked about this business, I was able to check off only one category - so I chose RESPONSIVE. However, if allowed, I’d have also checked the other three: GOOD VALUE, GOOD QUALITY, and PROFESSIONAL. I give Sean my highest rating - and recommend him to any individual or business that would need his expertise.
